Mizrahi Kroub LLP is seeking an attorney to join its Employment Litigation practice. The Attorney will be responsible for managing a full caseload, from intake through resolution. Role will provide immense litigation experience, as you will be working under a team of lawyers.
Job Role/Duties:
- Handle all phases of assigned caseload through resolution
- Draft demand letters, complaints and motions
- Vigorous representation of clients throughout the litigation process
- Attend court hearings and conferences
- Prepare and respond to discovery and appear at depositions
- Participate in settlement efforts, including through mediation and settlement conferences
Qualifications:
Admitted to the NY Bar; experience (3-8 years) litigating cases under the following statutes:

- Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
- The New York State Human Rights Law
- The New York City Human Rights Law
- Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
- New York Labor Law (NYLL)

Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
